Find Your Fit: Explore Our Committees

What is a Committee?

A committee is a group of people who come together to focus on specific tasks or goals within an organization. Each committee at Artspace works on a particular area, such as education, fundraising, or public outreach, to help guide and support the organization’s mission and activities. Members collaborate, share ideas, and make decisions to drive initiatives forward.

Our committees are the backbone of Artspace, each playing a crucial role in our operations and outreach. Whether you're interested in budgeting, education, policy research, volunteer coordination, fundraising, or public outreach, there's a committee that aligns with your passions and skills. Chairs of these committees report to the board during monthly meetings, and members are encouraged to participate in regular meetings to drive the committee’s goals.

We're looking for fresh perspectives and diverse voices to help shape our initiatives and ensure that Artspace remains a hub for creativity and collaboration in Peterborough. Ready to get involved? Explore the different committees and find your fit!
