Workshop- Garden Flag Printmaking

Join our Maker Space Coordinator Jillian as she guides you through the process of using linocut and scrap pieces of fabric to make a string of flags for your garden or home.

This workshop will take place in two-parts:

Part one- July 16th, 10am-3pm

We will be using linocut techniques to make 2 unique botanical or garden inspired prints. Participants will then learn how to transfer their prints to fabric, and leave them 1 week to dry.

Part two- July 23rd, 1pm-3pm

Participants will have the opportunity to come together in a public stitching circle, and learn how to use basic hand stitching methods to string their flags together!
